A medical approach to your goals

Understand your health

Review your weight history, medications, medical conditions, sleep, eating patterns and goals. Your team looks beyond the number on the scale.

Consider your options

Nutrition, activity and sustainable habits form part of your plan. Prescription weight-management medication may be discussed when clinically appropriate.

Stay supported

Your team monitors progress, tolerability and health changes. Regular follow-ups help adjust treatment and support longer-term weight management.

Medication, when it's right for you

Your clinician may consider approved weight-management medications, including GLP-1-based treatments, as part of a broader care plan. These treatments can affect appetite and fullness, but suitability depends on your health history and the medication's prescribing criteria.

Medications can have side effects, including nausea and other digestive symptoms, and some medical conditions make them unsuitable. Your clinician discusses risks, alternatives and monitoring before any prescription.

Medication is not guaranteed by completing the questionnaire. Results vary, and maintaining progress may require ongoing care and long-term changes.

Start with a clearer picture

Your free RN assessment includes a symptom and health-history discussion, blood pressure and grip strength checks. Bloodwork is arranged only if clinically indicated. Your physician and RN then discuss your results and whether a treatment plan makes sense for you.
